Where it all began
Lillian Elenwoke
Founder and Chief Steward, TUSSGlobal
TUSSGlobal was founded by Lillian Elenwoke. While building a vision to support minority women in business, Lillian was also personally navigating infertility. That journey shaped the heart of this organisation from the very start.
In 2025, Lillian nearly lost her life after developing Eclampsia, a severe pregnancy complication. Her son, Alpha, was born prematurely at just 28 weeks. That experience revealed a hard truth. Maternal health risks for women, especially women of colour, remain alarmingly severe. In Nigeria alone, one in ten women die in childbirth.

Yet countless women around the world do not have access to even this basic tool. Out of that experience, TUSSGlobal's maternal health advocacy was born.
